Help
Short answers first. Everything about billing is self-serve in your editor under Billing.
Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan gives you a live page at linkinbiomaker.com/yourname with unlimited links, social icons, a 6-photo post grid, four themes, an email sign-up form (up to 100 sign-ups) and the last 7 days of click stats. It shows a small “Make a page like this” badge at the bottom, and you don’t need a card to start.
What do Starter and Pro add?
Starter ($5/month or $48/year) unlocks every theme, your own colours, fonts and buttons, all-time analytics, unlimited email and text-message sign-ups, link scheduling, a 60-post grid, and removes the badge. Pro ($12/month or $120/year) adds five pages, your own domain and custom share previews.
How do the post grid links work?
Add a photo and the address it should open. Visitors see a grid like your Instagram feed and tap a photo to land on that product, video or article. You see how many taps each photo gets.
Does it copy my Instagram posts automatically?
No, you choose. In the editor, tap “Add a photo”, pick the picture from your phone and paste the link it should open. It takes about ten seconds per post, and you decide exactly which posts appear and where each one leads. The newest photo goes first, so the grid follows your feed.
Can I bring my links over from Linktree?
Yes. Paste your Linktree (or Beacons, or any link page) address in the editor and we copy your title, bio, links and social icons. Check them, then swap the link in your bio.
Can I use my own domain?
On Pro. Point a subdomain like links.yourname.com at us with one DNS record and we check it for you. Your page then opens at your own address.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your editor, any time, no email needed. Within 7 days of paying, “Cancel and refund” gives your money back automatically. Your page stays online on the free plan either way.
Do you put ads on my page or sell my visitors’ data?
We never show ads on your page. We count views and taps without cookies, and we never sell or share visitor data.
